Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a wonderful north facing position overlooking the pool. The small South Kingscliff village is a very stylish area with an exceptional reputation for it's restaurants. A convenience store is close by, as well as BBQ areas in the numerous parks around the village.
For the ladies there is a beautician, day spa and hair salon to spoil themselves and a gelato shop for the kids to enjoy while watching the white rabbits bounce by. Local clubs and pubs offer courtesy shuttle buses and bike hire is available from the Surf Guru to enjoy the surrounding coastal villages or stand up paddle board in our natural estuary. For those with transport, we would recommend you explore our region's short day trips around the Tweed Valley or Byron Bay, Mt Tamborine and the Gold Coast. The Tweed Coast is famous for its laidback lifestyle with many wonderful scenic places and wineries to explore.
This apartment features two spa baths in the apartment and an outdoor one by the pool. Tennis rackets are supplied in this apartment for the tennis courts. Enjoy the use of a large gym and plenty of walking tracks that now link to Kingscliff Central.
This apartment has a DVD player so you can bring movies along for the kids to watch. From both balconies you can watch the kids play in the pool whilst being soothed by the cool ocean breezes and sounds. Just simply relax in this apartment which provides a casual coastal atmosphere well suited to a beach front holiday.
The balconies are on the northern side of the building so you get plenty of sunshine through the winter and cool shade in the summer. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has 2 king singles and a 5th person can use a hire bed for a small fee.
This resort's smaller tropical pool is located outside wings 5 & 7 on the western side of the resort and is heated and has a hot spa which is lovely on sunset. The main lagoon pool is not heated but receives plenty of sun to warm the water and plenty of shade the umbrellas provide in Summer.

Unfortunately you are unable to charge back to your room as this is a privately owned apartment. Rooms are not serviced but the apartment does have a fully equipped laundry. If you wish to have your room serviced during your stay we can arrange this for a fee. All linen is included, although you will need to bring your own beach towels.

There are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit & on the spot eviction. The Gold Coast theme parks are approximately 40 minutes drive north and Byron Bay only 40 minutes south. Kingscliff on the Tweed Coast is becoming the hottest holiday destination, come and see what the fuss is about.

Perfect for families

Great spot looking over the main pool although it was a little cold to swim in. But the heated pool was perfect! Restaurants and shops in walking distance so no need to use the car! Will definitely be returning
Great Accommodation
Lisa - 18th July 2020Myself and my family stayed here for a week. The resort is absolutely beautiful. My little girl enjoyed the pools, especially the heated pool and the beach is less than 5 minutes walk and just breathtaking. The apartment is perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay. Staff at LJ Hooker were always so helpful and friendly. All restaurants and groceries are nearby. We made lots of friends as the people are so friendly and kind. I will definitely recommend this beautiful place to my friends and relatives. Thank you and we will be visiting again.

Great size unit for a family
Julie - 1st September 2019Great location overlooking pool and roomy enough for family of 4. A bit lacking in basic essentials such as soap and toiletries. Very clean but window shutters in main living area in need of repair. Good value for money so would certainly stay again.

Perfect for a family holiday

Fully set up for a family with dishwasher, washing machine etc, very spacious and nice big balcony over looking the resorts pool. The apartment was older style, but lovely and comfortable- the resort has everything you need with shops, restaurants and coffee shops 100 metres walk away. So relaxing!

Disappointed
Chris72 - 5th May 2016We were disappointed with this dual apartment. It was not well cleaned, we were not provided with enough bath towels, there were not enough wine glasses for 4 adults to have a glass of wine, and the overall decor was tired and grubby looking. We will not be returning.
