For your convenience, the unit includes washer and dryer, plus iron and ironing board. The unit is ground floor however stairs are required to access the pool and boardwalk from the unit. Faulks Park (just 300m away!) has a lovely children’s playground that is popular with local families. There is also open space here to play frisbee or kick a ball. Close by is the other end of the adjoining boardwalk, and an easy, sloped and sandy entrance to Cudgen creek, great for little ones.
