Paul McMahon


As a true Kingscliff local, Paul has strived to develop the LH Hooker Kingscliff name into an agency that the community can be truly proud of. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Paul has proven himself as a trusted expert on each stretch of beach and every block of land in the area, and can tell you about the history behind it all! With a belief that Kingscliff is truly the best place in the world to live, his community-minded approach drives him to achieve the impossible.

Paul has been heavily involved in maintaining the culture and well-being of the community, particularly as a long-time member of the Kingscliff Chamber of Commerce. Property has been Paul’s passion since the get-go, and he first set out on his journey by renovating holiday units in Cabarita before becoming an agent. He purchased the existing LJ Hooker office in Kingscliff in 1990 and has grown the agency to a team of 13 across three divisions – sales, property management, and administration.

Paul’s success is defined by his ability to provide quality service and his commitment to maximising client’s investments. He understands the importance of building a positive team culture, and has trained over 30 trainees over the course of his career.

In addition to his passion for real estate, Paul and his team at LJ Hooker Kingscliff are passionate about community initiatives, sponsoring the Kingscliff Surf Life Saving Club and local sporting teams.

Jessica Edwards

Jessica Edwards is a young and enthusiastic real estate professional with a passion for making dreams come true. With a keen eye for detail and a fascination with interior design, Jessica is well-equipped to help her clients find their home away from home!

As the Holiday manager at LJ Hooker Kingscliff, Jessica manages a large portfolio of properties ranging from Pottsville to Kingscliff. Her ability to develop strong relationships with both long-standing and new owners is a testament to her excellent communication skills and personable nature. Her experience is backed by a Certificate of Registration and a license in real estate.

Jessica finds great satisfaction in working with the LJ Hooker holiday department as it allows her to assist owners in reaching the full potential of their investment properties. She is continually exploring new avenues for professional development and is always open to any opportunities that may arise in the future. Katie Love


Katie Love is a dedicated Holiday Consultant at LJ Hooker Kingscliff, where she has been a valued member of the team since 2013. With experience in reception and property management, Katie has found her calling in making holidays special for guests while helping owners maximise their holiday investments.

Working closely with the team, Katie provides assistance to guests and handles owner queries with ease. She also loves being innovative, finding new ways to make our client’s properties stand out on social media and beyond.

Katie’s passion for customer service is evident in her work, where she strives to improve the guest experience with each interaction. With her exceptional communication and organisational skills, Katie is committed to finding new ways to improve LJ Hooker Kingscliff’s services and maintain its reputation as a local leader in the holiday real estate market.

Kasey Robertson


Kasey Robertson is a dedicated holiday consultant who has recently joined the holiday management team at LJ Hooker Kingscliff. Through her consistent hard work and continuous skill development, Kasey has rapidly progressed in her real estate career. She is currently studying for her certificate of registration to become even more proficient in her field.

Kasey is a passionate individual who is enthusiastic about the real estate industry. She takes pride in providing top-notch service and support to both property owners and guests.
