Paul McMahon


As a true Kingscliff local, Paul has strived to develop the LH Hooker Kingscliff name into an agency that the community can be truly proud of. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Paul has proven himself as a trusted expert on each stretch of beach and every block of land in the area, and can tell you about the history behind it all! With a belief that Kingscliff is truly the best place in the world to live, his community-minded approach drives him to achieve the impossible.

Paul has been heavily involved in maintaining the culture and well-being of the community, particularly as a long-time member of the Kingscliff Chamber of Commerce. Property has been Paul’s passion since the get-go, and he first set out on his journey by renovating holiday units in Cabarita before becoming an agent. He purchased the existing LJ Hooker office in Kingscliff in 1990 and has grown the agency to a team of 13 across three divisions – sales, property management, and administration.

Paul’s success is defined by his ability to provide quality service and his commitment to maximising client’s investments. He understands the importance of building a positive team culture, and has trained over 30 trainees over the course of his career.

In addition to his passion for real estate, Paul and his team at LJ Hooker Kingscliff are passionate about community initiatives, sponsoring the Kingscliff Surf Life Saving Club and local sporting teams.

Jessica Edwards


Finding the perfect holiday home requires the hard work of the perfect Holiday Manager, and lucky for us we’ve got just the one! Jessica Edwards is a young and enthusiastic real estate professional with a passion for making dreams come true. With a keen eye for detail and a fascination with interior design, Jessica is well-equipped to help her clients find their home away from home!

As the Holiday manager at LJ Hooker Kingscliff, Jessica manages a large portfolio of properties ranging from Pottsville to Kingscliff. Her ability to develop strong relationships with both long-standing and new owners is a testament to her excellent communication skills and personable nature. Her experience is backed by a Certificate of Registration and a license in real estate.

Jessica finds great satisfaction in working with the LJ Hooker holiday department as it allows her to assist owners in reaching the full potential of their investment properties. She is continually exploring new avenues for professional development and is always open to any opportunities that may arise in the future. With her passion for real estate and her determination to succeed, Jessica is sure to make a lasting impression on anyone she works with.

Katie Love


Katie Love is a dedicated Holiday Consultant and Holiday Marketing Manager at LJ Hooker Kingscliff, bringing her expertise to the team since 2013. Starting with roles in reception and property management, Katie has honed her skills in optimising back-end operations to enhance property visibility and maximise owner returns.

Collaborating closely with the team, Katie excels in crafting innovative marketing strategies that elevate our clients’ properties both online and offline. Her proactive approach ensures seamless handling of owner inquiries and supports guest interactions behind the scenes.

Katie’s commitment to service excellence shines through in her strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing property appeal and optimising client satisfaction. Her strong communication and organisational abilities drive continuous improvements in LJ Hooker Kingscliff’s operational efficiencies, reinforcing its position as a premier player in the local holiday rental market.

Sarah Dale


Sarah Dale is an enthusiastic and driven real estate professional currently undertaking a traineeship for her Real Estate license.

With a background in customer service and a passion for all things related to the industry, Sarah has quickly made headway on her professional real estate career. After getting her start on the front desk, Sarah has moved into the Holiday Team alongside Jess and Katie to learn the ropes in Holiday Property Management. Sarah’s enthusiasm makes her an excellent choice for managing guests and property maintenance.  She is looking forward to building relationships with owners to help their properties reach their full potential.

She was drawn to LJ Hooker’s reputation for providing excellent service and has since exceeded our expectations with her great work ethic.
