The kitchen has been refurbished with a dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath, and bedrooms are spacious with west facing balconies. Washer and dryer provided.
The park and exercise track are also across the road, and the cycle path leads you to Kingscliff Village central in less than a kilometre where you can enjoy dining at award winning restaurants. Kingscliff Bowling Club, Surf Life Saving Club and Kingscliff Beach Hotel are all within a short walk. Tradewinds 1 has a lockable garage. Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
The property is fully self contained, excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder, etc., which are solely the guests responsibility. Departing guests must leave the property clean and tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller and microwave.
We do take a pre-authorisation of a credit card for the security deposit.
