Kingscliff Bowling Club, Surf Life Saving Club and Kingscliff Beach Hotel are all within a short walk. Tradewinds 1 has a lockable garage. The property is fully self contained, excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder, etc., which are solely the guests responsibility. Departing guests must leave the property clean and tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller and microwave.
We do take a pre-authorisation of a credit card for the security deposit.
