We’re sorry to hear that the BBQ was not functioning during your stay, and we fully understand how important it is to have access to this amenity during a summer holiday. We did our best to resolve the issue by attempting to swap out the suspected faulty part, but unfortunately, we were unable to do so at that time. We also provided suggestions for local BBQ alternatives, and we were glad to see that this seemed to satisfy you at the time.

When we checked back, we found that the next guest was able to use the BBQ without issue, which indicates that it may have been a simple user error. Nevertheless, we always strive to provide the best experience for our guests and take your concerns seriously. We do appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on improving our processes for resolving any similar situations.
