Your spacious open plan living area is equipped with an 8 seater dining table, lounge suite, smart TV, ducted air con, ceiling fans and quaint bar area. This area opens out to the covered back entertaining area which features outdoor furniture, built in Barbeque area and in ground lap pool. There is also a 2nd northern covered outdoor area which includes a 6 seater dining table.

The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for the family including a microwave, gas cooktop, double oven, coffee machine plus ample bench space.

There is a 2nd living area which is perfect for separation for large families. Here you can play a tune on the old piano or kick back on the lounges and watch a movie on the smart TV.
